2015 Trick or Treat Hours

5:00pm to 7:00pm

The Panama Fire Company will be open with food and refreshments and the Panama United Methodist Church will be hosting 'trunk or treat' during the same hours.

Trick-or-Treating in the Village of Panama is scheduled to run from 5:00pm until 7:00pm o Saturday, October 31st. Have fun and be safe!

Because of the Memorial Day holiday, garbage collection will be on Friday.

May 15th and 16th are Spring Clean-up Days for the Town of Harmony. You can get rid of your junk for free at the Harmony Transfer Station (1001 Blockville – Watts Flats Rd).

May 16, 2015  9 am – 4 pm

The Village of Panama 2015 Memorial Day Parade will start at 11:00AM on Monday, May 25th at Panama Central School and end at the cemetery on East Main Street.

If you would like to be in parade, please contact Mayor Charlie Loveless at 782-4315 (leave a message)! Parade participants should meet in the school parking lot at 10:30AM. 

There will be a meeting to approve the village budget on Tuesday, April 7th at 6:30 PM in the village offices. The monthly meeting of the village board will be held at 7:00 PM directly after the budget meeting.

Both meetings are open to the public.

There will be a public village budget meeting at 6:00pm on March 26th at the village offices at 2 East Main Street, Panama, NY.

Village elections are today and a new trustee will be elected. Polls are open from 12PM to 9PM at the Panama Methodist Church. Please vote!

There is a meeting of the village board tonight at 7:00 PM in the village offices. All residents and interested parties are welcome to attend.

Panama Central School is closed today due to the weather. Be safe if you have to drive!
